The only grant service that turns one profile into the open grants you truly qualify for, and a draft for each.

For women founders in the United States whose business is under two years old, who run it solo or with a tiny team, and have no grant writer and no bookkeeper on grant duty.

You tell Grace Advisor about your business one time. From then on it looks through the open grants for you, and keeps only the ones your business truly qualifies for.

A sample, from one profile

See how one business profile can guide eligibility checks and a focused proposal. Knowing which programs to skip matters, too.

Her state. Her stage. What the money is for.

The planned service will use your profile to check published grant rules and explain each fit. You can browse unlimited matches. The Plan will include three drafted proposals per month.

Example fit checks

  • Amber Grant for Women

Ohio meets the location rule. Applicant age and at least 50% women ownership still need confirmation.

Rules checked October 22, 2026. The application fee is $15; a hardship waiver may be requested before applying.

  • Tory Burch Foundation Fellows

Skip this past cycle: the bakery’s annual revenue is below the required $75,000 minimum.

The 2026 cycle closed November 11, 2025. This is a historical eligibility example, not an open grant.

Example proposal excerpt

Equipment investment and business impact
Our Ohio bakery has operated for fourteen months with an owner-led team and one part-time baker. Oven capacity limits production.
Funding for a second oven would address this constraint. We would track weekly orders, production hours, and equipment costs against our current baseline.
At [confirmed additional orders per week] and [average order value], projected monthly revenue lift would be [calculated amount], before added operating costs.
This investment could support more paid baking hours and purchases from local suppliers. We would report actual results against these projections.

Frequently asked questions

How the planned service will find grants and help you prepare a stronger application.

What types of grants will Grace Advisor check?

Our planned listings will draw on official corporate, private foundation, state, and local funder pages. Each opportunity will be checked for published eligibility, deadlines, and application fees. Federal opportunities will be included only when their rules fit; most are not general startup grants. There is no connected database or live match feed yet.

Do you submit applications on my behalf?

No. Grace Advisor is designed to handle grant research and proposal drafting, while you stay in control of the application. You review each answer, confirm your figures, gather required attachments, and submit directly through the funder’s portal. We do not award grants or guarantee funding.

Can a business without revenue qualify?

Some programs accept idea-stage or pre-revenue businesses; others require a revenue minimum or an operating history. Eligibility depends on the individual program, not simply being a new women-owned business. Our planned Fit checks will explain those rules and flag missing information rather than promise a match.

How will the proposal Drafts be written?

The planned service will use your Profile, funding purpose, and business details to answer the funder’s actual questions within its word limits. Published assessment criteria will guide the writing when available. You must supply real budgets and figures; a Draft will not invent revenue, customer demand, or impact. Three Drafts per month are included in the planned Plan.

What if no grants fit this month?

We will show no matches rather than stretch eligibility. Matches will be free to review before paying for drafting, and we will check for new opportunities. The planned allowance resets monthly; a rollover policy has not been established. There is no minimum-match or refund guarantee currently offered.

Can I pause or cancel?

The planned Plan allows cancellation from your account, with one confirmation and access through the end of your paid month. Your saved Profile and Drafts will remain readable. A pause option has not been established. Subscriptions are not open yet, and no payment is required for an email inquiry.

Will you take a percentage of my award?

No. The planned Plan charges a monthly fee, not a success commission, and Grace Advisor will not take equity in your business. A funder may charge an application fee; we will show that separately. Award amounts, payment conditions, and use restrictions are set by the funder.

What happens when I email my profile?

Your email app opens with a short list of business questions. Send only what you are comfortable sharing; omit bank details, tax identifiers, and confidential documents. We will discuss availability and next steps before any paid work. Online matching, automatic drafting, and checkout are not live yet.
